Pass Benefits

The DCR ParksPass will allow you to park a vehicle at most DCR parks that charge for parking, without paying the daily parking fee.

This pass must be picked up at the Central Library at 79 Highland Ave.

Pass must be returned on the same day of use to the Central Library. Pass may be returned in the book drop when the library is closed.
