Join us for a scary movie and a creepy craft as the West Branch celebrates "Halfway to Halloween" and gives us some chills in the summer! We'll be watching Lisa Frankenstein and making paper dolls! Lisa Frankenstein is rated PG-13 and this event is open to adults and teens!
