Join the SPL and Head Chef & Founder of Gourmet Kreyòl, Nathalie Lecorps for a live, in-person cooking demonstration and sampling of traditional espageti (Haitian Spaghetti).

Nathalie Lecorps grew up in her parents' restaurant in Miami which immersed her in her Haitian culture.  At an early age, she knew that she wanted to follow in her family's footsteps by owning her own Haitian restaurant one day.  In the midst of the pandemic, she realized that now was the time to pursue that dream.  Gourmet Kreyòl Food Truck launched in April of 2021 and the City of Boston welcomed her family's recipes with open arms.  Her food is made with gluten free ingredients and she has vegan friendly options on her menu.  Nathalie's goal for 2023 is to transition into her own brick and mortar space to give Gourmet Kreyòl its primary home.  

Full recipe will be provided to attendees after the workshop.  Please note the recipe contains eggs.
