Friends of the Somerville Library Spring Book Sale is back! The Book Sale will run on Friday, May 3 through Sunday, May 5.

Join us Friday from 5-6pm for the Pre-Sale Power Hour. Donate $50 to the Friends and get first dibs on all books in the sale.

Book sales serve as our biggest fundraisers. With the money we raise, we fund diverse programming at all three SPL branches. A sampling of some of the incredible programs we've funded in the past year:

•     Language classes in American Sign Language, Chinese, and Bengali
•     Programs for all ages from financial literacy class, to Dungeons and Dragons, to sing-along with Matt Heaton
•     Museum and parks passes
•     Women in World Jazz

With your continued support, we're hoping to fund even more amazing programming! We look forward to seeing you at the sale!
