Celebrate the end of our Summer Reading Program at the East Branch with a live animal program hosted by Animal World Experience!  We'll get up close & personal and learn about a variety of animals (reptiles, mammals) - some (but not all!) may be safe enough to for us to touch!

Animal World Experience begins promptly at 6:30pm.  Registration is not required, but seating is first-come, first-serve.

Families are invited to arrive early and meet some of our Friends of the Somerville Public Library, who have made this, and other programming, possible! Our Friends Table will be set-up by 5:30pm!

If you and your child don't yet have a library card - this is your reminder that children 5yrs and older who visit the library with their parent/legal guardian can get their own their own Somerville Public Library card!  The parent/legal guardian needs to provide a Photo ID & proof of residential address to sign-up their child for a card and to get themselves a card.
